Entry Guidelines
Submit entries in triplicate with one entry form for each entry.

  • Include an additional copy if also entering a Special Award.
  • DWAA members pay $10 for each entry, plus $2 for each special-award entry.
  • Non-DWAA members pay $15 per entry, plus $2 for each special-award entry.
  • Please print legibly.

Are You Sure That You Have:

  • Included three copies of entry?
  • Included an extra copy for each Special Award?
